LOCAL PICK UP
If you are based in the Newcastle Region you can request to have it picked up through our shop Located at 2/152 Glebe Road Merewether between shop hours.
Please Tick “Pick Up” at the checkout.
Please be careful If you use this at the check out we will assume you are picking up the item from our Store at Merewether and won't require shipping.

How long does delivery take?
Provided your order is currently in stock we will get those goods shipped out on the same or next business day, (depending what time you submit the order).
If your product is not in stock. Our team will be in contact with you ASAP and your order will be reassessed to see if we can track down your product from the supplier and then shipped out the same day (where possible).
The majority of items SHOULD arrive to you within 48 hours after being shipped if you are on the East Coast of Australia, West Coast will take 5 - 7 business days and somewhere in the middle for anyone in between
We ship your Major orders through TNT Fedex and can not send to PO BOX.
We Ship Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.
WHAT IF NOBODY’S HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES? Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. If there is going to be no one home at the time of delivery, you must leave special delivery instructions at the payment item checkout (e.g. leave on back veranda) or having your Items to delivered to a Business Address would be Ideal.
If not, TNT will take your parcel to the TNT depot and attempt to deliver it again the next day.
We do not ship internationally
- It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address specified on the order. We do not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address. So make sure you double and triple (even quad if you’re feeling good) check your details are correct!
- We are not responsible should your package go missing in transit. We will do our best to assist in the parcels recovery, however missing packages remain the reponsibility of Australia Post and TNT. Their missing mail process can be found on their Webites.
