DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS ?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery for online orders at this time. Shipping is available throughout Australia only.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER CORRECTLY ?
You will receive a confirmation email sent automatically after order has taken place showing all items and quantities purchased in your order. If you do not receive this email please check your junk and spam mail boxes.
I'VE MADE AN ORDER, AM I ABLE TO TRACK IT ?
An email will be sent automatically with tracking to you when your order is fulfilled. If you do not receive this email please check your junk and spam mail boxes.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP OUT ?
We allow 0-5 working days for orders to be picked, packed and posted. Most orders will be shipped out within the first two working days after the order has been placed.
Please be mindful that high volume sales periods such as Sales eg - Black Friday etc and Christmas, may result in delivery delays through Australia Post and TNT FED X due to increased usage.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY FOR LOCAL PICK UP ?
You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up via email.
Items can be collected within shop trade hours.
10-4pm weekdays and 9-1 on Saturday
CAN I ORDER AN ITEM IF ITS OUT OF STOCK ?
We can reach out to our suppliers to see if the item is still available and order it in for you if they have not sold out. Please send an email regarding the product with Size , Colour and we will do our best to order it in for you.

CAN I PURCHASE GIFT CARDS ?
Yes , we supply two types of Gift Cards.
Instore Gift Cards - Can be brought at our shop front in Merewether , for any amount you choose. Comes with a 3 year expiry from the date purchase. These gift cards can only be redeemed Instore.
Online Gift Cards - Online Gift Cards can be purchase with selected $$ increments provided. Recipient receives gift card via email and it is Important to follow instructions as the Gift Cards can only be redeemed through our Online store.
WHY CAN'T I USE MY ONLINE GIFT CARD IN STORE AND VICE VERSA ?
Unfortunately our Gift Cards for Online and Our Gift Cards Instore do not sync together with our Online Portal and Point Of Sale.
For Online Gift Cards - If Recipient comes instore they must have own device eg- Mobile Phone to process online Gift Card.
