    Our Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Please note:

    Bodyboards cannot be returned if they have been plugged or the wrapper has been remove

    There are no returns on SALE items 

    All original packaging must be intact

    Store credit - We will issue you a store credit that you can use any time in the future. Exchanges - Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at d5bodyboardshop@gmail.com and send your item to:

    Refunds

    Please be wise when shopping with D5 Bodyboard Shop for we DO NOT give refunds if you simply change your mind or accidently choose the wrong product.

    Refunds may only be given where goods have a manufacturers fault or are wrongly described on the online store.

      Shipping Costs

      You will be responsible for the shipping cost on all returns and exchanges EXCEPT if an item is damaged, we shipped the wrong item or any mistakes of ours. 

        BODYBOARDS

        Most items have manufacturer warrantees. If you believe you have a warranty claim contact us right away and we will contact the manufacturer to determine the best solution to the problem. We are merely the retailer and have zero control over their warranty policies. We will do our best to create a favourable outcome, however manufacturers reserve the right to deny, repair or replace items covered under warranty. No manufacturer covers any Bodyboard for creasing, snapping, bubbling, damage caused by direct or indirect heat, general wear and tear or caused by a combination of various surf conditions and the rider, and situations the manufacturer has no control over.

        HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN

        To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

        • Customers must pay for all shipping charges for the return of all exchanged items/Orders.
        • Customers you may choose any type of prepaid shipping for return and resend of your exchange/ return, which best suits your needs.
        • For larger items please ask your local Aust Post outlet for assistance.
        • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
