BOARD TECHNOLOGY
Core: KINETIC (K1.9) Constructed from premium grade 1.9lb density Polypropylene Kinetic Core delivers amazing projection and response .
Stringer: CFT Stringer High-grade, lightweight filament wound composite-fibre tube for increased board strength and spring-like recoil.
Rails: This rail setup leaves less of your rail in the water and offers the rider less contact with the water and therefore better drive and speed throughout all conditions.
Channels: DK Specific designed channel system, these are a shorter, sharper and shallower quad channel that will not engage until your leaning into them with a bit of force, so you can now enjoy the freedom of gliding when in trim mode but getting extra hold when pushing on your rail.
Slick: SURLYN SLICK DuPontTM Surlyn® slick is the finest grade bottom skin for a bodyboard because of it’s rubber like properties, superior recoil and resistance to scratching and wear and tear, hence the reason why Surlyn® is the universal skin used for Golf Balls.
Deck: WAVECUSHION 8lb NXLPE 8pcf non-crosslink Polyethylene outer skins. The premier skin for high performance bodyboarding.
Tail: Full Crescent Tails are the tail of choice for dropknee & versatile rider's. The sharper point of the tail allows the rail to sink further into the wave face for extra hold. This helps to hold a line with only a trailing fin in the water.
Raised Deck Ridge: A raised lip surface against the Deck and Rail to lock your leg up against while Drop Kneeing.
Tail Piece: A seperate piece on the tail for colour change from the deck of the board.
Slick Mesh: Diamond shaped mesh weave fused between the boards core and slick bottom skin for enhanced stiffness and recoil.
