A pure design study focused on one goal : advancing high-performance Bodyboarding.
The Carver is engineered to draw fast, controlled arcs through powerful surf. A full length rail to rail concave runs from nose entry to tail , increasing plaining lift while directing water flow cleanly through the centreline of the board.Precision cut with Surfshaper CNC shaping machines, the graduated concave creates controlled acceleration , stabilising the rail and maintaining drive through the barrel.
The integration of the concave with parallel channels has been calibrated to achieve optimum engagement without increasing drag. The concave is designed generate lift and speed, while the channels lock the rail into the face under load.
Built for speed runs and open face carves in clean, powerful surf over 4ft, The Carver rewards commitment , flow and precision when the wave stands tall and opens wide.

DECK CONTOURS Dual purpose deck contouring specifically designed to create dedicated flex zones for torsional and nose-to-tail response, integrated with functional handgrip placement.
XFL Armour - Heat laminated Crosslink foam forms the inner rails and nose tail armour encapsulating the full inner perimeter of the board for premium seam strength and impact protection.
CNC Precision Shaping - CAD designed templates precision cut with CNC shaping machines for superior accuracy and consistency.
Bull Grips - Die-cut foam bulbs are positioned at each corner of the nose to enhanced finger grip and with a curved contour for an even better handle.
Buzz Tech Lamination - Buzz Tech process hot air lamination system Thermo-fuses the outer skins to the core with calibrated pre and post set rocker tension for optimum board recoil and projection.
