Whether you're a purist seeking that iconic feel or a seasoned rider appreciating refined engineering, the Mike 7-7 offers the perfect balance of heritage and innovation.  Constructed with 1.2 PP LiteFlex core which is 30% lighter than traditional 1.9PP.  This increases its flex properties, calibrated to replicate classic PE and perfectly engineered to perform well in cool water conditions.

BOARD TECHNOLOGY
Core: LiteFlex 1.2lb Polypropylene Core delivers amazing projection and response. LiteFlex expanded PP Foam core is 30% lighter than 1.9 Kintic PP with increased flex properties specifically calibrated to replicate classic PE. Designed to perform in cool water conditions.
Stringer: CFT Stringer High-grade, lightweight filament wound composite-fibre tube for increased board strength and spring-like recoil.
Rails: This rail setup leaves less of your rail in the water and offers the rider less contact with the water and therefore better drive and speed throughout all conditions.
Channels: Slotted channels are simply the channelled slots which run on the slick side at the tail end of the board.The slots redirect waterflow and offer the rider lift in the tail.
Slick: SURLYN SLICK DuPont Surlyn® slick is the finest grade bottom skin for a bodyboard because of it’s rubber like properties, superior recoil and resistance to scratching and wear and tear, hence the reason why Surlyn® is the universal skin used for Golf Balls.
Deck: WAVECUSHION 8lb NXLPE 8pcf non-crosslink Polyethylene outer skins. The premier skin for high performance bodyboarding.
Tail: Crescent Tail is the most popular crescent tail option. This tail will perform when driving, turning, carving and releasing.
Slick Nose Bulbs: Raised nose grips shaped into the corners of the Surlyn ergonomically formed for fingertip control.
Tail Piece: A seperate piece on the tail for colour change from the deck of the board.
Slick Mesh: Diamond shaped mesh weave fused between the boards core and slick bottom skin for enhanced stiffness and recoil.
